Isn’t it wonderful exploring new restaurants? We have a Persian place around the corner and they have such tasteful food. I like their Gheymeh which is yellow split peas cooked in saffron and onion sauce with chunks of beef, and served with flat bread. It’s so good. I also like Barg which is marinated broiled chicken and much better than anything that came out of El Pollo Loco.

It is so good to hear from you and to see how well you are both doing! We miss your posting as well. Our family was so blessed to see your wedding on the live feed. The children singing brought us such joy and tears to our eyes! It was so beautiful! We enjoyed hearing all about it from Kim and the Fambroughs. It was good to see Peter at the Mysterious Island showing in Tampa (2 1/2 hrs. away). May God continue to bless you both serve Him. Happy 2nd month anniversary! What a great way to celebrate!

I have been “following” ya’ll since a friend directed me to the Serven Clan Blog – Ya’ll are such a lovely couple. Very sweet. Congratulates on the two month milestone :)

And I agree, Ethiopian food is wonderful. Along with Indian food, it is one of my favorite cuisines.

Looks wonderful!! Have you found a good source for teff. I had asked at Whole Foods yesterday and they said they could special order it. They don’t carry in stock and I needed to get 5 pounds!! That is alot of Teff. Any ideas?
